Do Not Solicit

If you are an owner or lawful occupant of any residence in Lower Gwynedd Township, you may register your address for the Do Not Solicit list by completing this form. Solicitors will receive an address list (Owners names Excluded) when they are issued their solicitation permits. Solicitors are prohibited from knocking on doors of addresses on the Do Not Solicit list. Residents should call 911 for immediate problems with solicitors so that an officer may respond right away. Administrative questions can be directed to the Lower Gwynedd Police Department’s Community Response Unit at 215- 646-5303. Residents should be aware that soliciting restrictions under this ordinance do not apply to Government Agencies, Religious Groups, Registered Non-Profit Organizations, or Political Candidates. Residents are reminded their address (house number) must be posted in accordance with current Township Ordinance or plainly visible for enforcement of this new restriction Please Note: The above listed email address is not continually monitored. If you wish to report violators, suspicious persons or vehicles, or have another emergency where Police response is needed call 9-1-1 to have an officer dispatched.
