SALARY AND BENEFITS
2026 Salary - $95,396 - with yearly salary increases, up to $136,281
Yearly Salary Increases based on current Police Contract
Up to 5 weeks vacation, 3 Personal Days and 10 sick days per year
Holiday pay for 13 holidays per year, whether the holiday is worked or not
Longevity Pay - 2% of base pay on 5th year, 4% on 10th year, 6% on 15th year, and 8% on 20th year of service

12 hour rotating shifts for Patrol Officers
