ATTEMPT TO LOCATE- OLDER WARRANT

On 5/25/2023 at 8:37 p.m. Stroud Area Regional Police were dispatched to Lehigh Valley Hospital Pocono for a report of a domestic violence assault victim.  Hospital staff related that the victim who was in and out of consciousness due to a head injury. Through investigation it was learned that she was assaulted by Pedro Feliciano Pirica Bunay. The victim suffered a laceration to the top of her head that required four staples, a concussion that resulted in a seizure, sprained neck, scrapes and cuts to her neck/collar bone area, and a brain bleed.

Charges were filed and an arrest warrant was issued for Pedro Feliciano Pirica Bunay on 7/7/2023.
