On May 1, 2026, at 3:30 p.m., the Stroud Area Regional Police was dispatched to the Walmart in East Stroudsburg for a report of a retail theft in progress.  Upon arrival contact was made with loss prevention who related that the female was still in the store.  The female was concealing merchandise in re-usable bags in a grocery cart.  The female then passed all points of payment without paying for $1,869.33 worth of merchandise.   The female was then escorted to the loss prevention office and identified as Sara Narcisso.  Narcisso was taken into custody and transported to the Monroe County Correctional Facility for processing.

Charges were filed and a felony arrest warrant was issued for Sara M. Narcisso.
