On Saturday, May 16, 2026, the Stroud Area Regional Police Department responded to Lowe's Bartonsville, 5027 Windsor Dr, Stroud Township for a report of a retail theft. It was learned that on February 12, 2026, at about 2:33 PM, two male subjects took merchandise from the store and fled without paying for the merchandise. 

The Stroud Area Regional Police Department is seeking the public's assistance with identifying the suspects pictured. Anyone with information on the identity of the suspects is asked to "Submit a tip". All tipsters can remain anonymous or leave contact information for the investigating officer. 

ALL SUSPECTS ARE CONSIDERED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW. THESE ARE MERELY ACCUSATIONS OF A CRIME.
