On Saturday, May 16, 2026, the Stroud Area Regional Police Department responded to Lowe's Bartonsville, 5027 Windsor Dr, Stroud Township for a report of a retail theft. It was learned that on May 3, 2026, at about 7:30 PM, the male pushed a cart with merchandise in it out of the store without paying and left the scene. 

The Stroud Area Regional Police Department is seeking the public's assistance with identifying the suspect pictured. Anyone with information on the identity of the suspect is asked to "Submit a tip". All tipsters can remain anonymous or leave contact information for the investigating officer. 

ALL SUSPECTS ARE CONSIDERED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW. THESE ARE MERELY ACCUSATIONS OF A CRIME.
