On 7/7/24 Sgt. Burger was dispatched to the Circle M Campground on Millersville Rd. to investigate a vehicle which had attempted to enter the campground by going around the entrance gate and striking tire spikes on the exit only lane.  Upon arrival he found the vehicle had been driven by a 74-year-old female with her 94-year-old mother as a passenger.  He believed the female driver to possibly be suffering from cognitive issue or medical issue. They had no explanation for why they were attempting to gain access to the campground, only stating that they were just driving around. Upon checking records, he found that at approx. 3AM the same date both females had been listed as endangered missing persons from Waterford New Jersey.   The females were provided water and snacks by the Circle M representative and allowed to remain in their welcome center until family arrived from New Jersey.
