White Oak Road, from Newport Road to E. Pleasant View Road will be CLOSED to through traffic on Thursday, April 29^th, during daytime hours. The closing is for base repair and crack sealing. Emergency vehicles, school buses, and mail carriers will be able to get through, if necessary, with a little care.
