The NLCRPD served an arrest warrant upon a subject identified as CHRISTOPHER LIGHTY, age 39,of no fixed address during an investigation at a residence in the 800 block of Disston View Drive in Warwick Township. This investigation was pursuant to a referral from a Social Services agency from the State of Alabama and the arrest warrants were issued previously from Lebanon County. NLCRPD took custody of LIGHTY and transported hm to the Lebanon County booking center. LIGHTY was turned over to Lebanon county authorities to await further legal process.
