On Tuesday Dec 1, 2020 NLCRPD was alerted that wanted subject Felix GOYCO Jr. was at a business located in the 1000 block of Lancaster Road.  GOYCO Jr. was wanted in reference to a  felony domestic violence incident that occurred in Lancaster City. It was also reported that GOYCO Jr. may in possession of a handgun. NLCRPD officers located and took GOYCO Jr. into custody without incident. GOYCO Jr. was released into the custody of Lancaster City Police.
