NLCRPD responder for the report of a suspicious person inside a vehicle near Bayberry Avenue in Penn Township. Officers located and made contact with a Jennifer Spiker of Manheim. Spiker was found to be a wanted person from Manheim Township Police Department (MTPD). Spiker was taken into custody, transported, and released to MTPD without incident.
