On 11/14 at approximately 1035 hrs. NLCRPD received a call from LCWC regarding a vandalism not in progress at a location in the 2400 block of Franklin Drive. Reporting party’s vehicle has toilet paper and eggs all over it, caller stated that it occurred sometime last night. Upon arrival, the NLCRPD patrol observed the owner of the vehicle standing next to a legally parked yellow sedan, which was littered with toilet paper and eggs. Caller advised that his 1995 yellow BMW M3 had been parked in the spot since 2200 hrs. last night. Caller advised that there was no toilet paper or eggs splattered onto the windshield prior to him parking his vehicle. Subject advised that no one had seen anyone vandalize his vehicle; they noticed the vandalism this morning. The NLCRPD patrol canvassed the neighborhood and interviewed potential witnesses in regard to the incident. The reporting party cleaned the debris and substances from the vehicle.
