On 09/29/2015, the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department filed charges relating to a theft that occurred at a Manheim business.  Joshua C. Deffibaugh, a 26-year-old resident of Santa Fe Drive in Lititz, and Michael C. Harbaugh, a 48-year-old resident of Witmer Road in Christiana, were charged with felony counts of Theft and Conspiracy to Commit Theft.  It was reported that the pair stole (8) eight restaurant grade ovens from a business located along West End Drive in Manheim, Penn Township.  The pair sold the ovens to a buyer in Baltimore.  The thefts took place during the week of 08/17/2015 until 08/21/2015.  The business sustained a total retail loss of approximately $8,800.00. 

Detective Theresa Stauffer, NLCRPD filed the charges with MDJ Nancy Hamill on 09/29/2015.  An arraignment is scheduled with MDJ Edward Tobin for 10/07/2015.
