The NLCRPD reminds motorists and residents to be aware of increased pedestrian activity this evening for the annual Trick or Treat period. All municipalities in the NLCRPD primary jurisdiction (Clay Township, Penn Township, Warwick Township and East Petersburg Borough) have established that trick-or-treating will be held on Halloween Monday, Oct. 31. The recommended time is 6-8 p.m.
