 On April 5, 2021 NLCRPD was called to Molly’s convenience store for the report of a stolen cell phone.  A store patron had accidentally left her cell phone in the bathroom. When the patron returned to retrieve it the cell phone was gone. A suspect was captured on video leaving the store with the phone and seen leaving in a Silver Honda Odyssey vehicle.  NLCRPD completed a follow-up investigation and was able to locate and identify the suspect, Alicia De La Rosa ROSAR from Mahony City, PA. As a result of the investigation, ROSAR was arrested and charged with Title 18 Section 3921 related to theft by unlawful taking. The cell phone was recovered and is being returned to the owner.
