December 16, 2022, @ 9:30 PM NLCRPD responded to the report of a domestic-related disturbance that occurred at a private residence on Brookview Drive in Warwick Township. On scene, Officers learned that Brian PIGER of Lititz had been involved in an altercation and reportedly threatened another person in the home with a firearm. PIGER was physically disarmed by another member of the household and retreated into a bedroom prior to police arrival. Officers were able to successfully contact and detain PIGER as the investigation unfolded. PIGER was subsequently taken into custody without further incident, transported to NLCRPD headquarters, and processed on charges associated with Terroristic Threats and Stalking. The firearm involved was recovered and secured into evidence. PIGER is considered innocent into proven guilty by a court of law.
