The NLCRPD is providing this advisory provided by the Penn Township Department of Public Works concerning roadway construction affecting North Penryn Road in Penn Township. North Penryn Road, from Oak Lane to Mountain Road, will be closed to traffic, Monday, September 27th , during daytime hours. The closing is for guide rail work in the vicinity of an ongoing pipe replacement project.
