On July 5, 2022, @ 08:28 hours NLCRPD responded to the Sheetz at SR501 and East Newport Road for the report of a retail theft that just occurred. On scene, Officers spoke to the manager who reported that the same suspect has been seen stealing candy from the store on several occasions over the last few days. Officers identified Charles T. ANTON of Lititz as the suspect. He was located and taken into custody for retail theft. ANTON was transported to NLCRPD headquarters where he was processed, issued a summons for retail theft, and later released.
