Driver #1 Ethan Moyer, 19 N. State St., Ephrata PA 2007 Chevrolet Silverado
Narrative:
On 01/29/2020 at approximately 22:22 hrs, a call from LCWC regarding a 1 vehicle crash at Millstone/Girl Scout Rd. was received. LCWC advised that a truck hit a ditch and rolled over. There was no blocking. Caller stated that there were four people in the vehicle, but all were not injured.
In summary, the Silverado was traveling westbound on Mill Stone Rd. As he was traveling straight, he looked back at his girlfriend in the back seat for a split second. The unit then veered off the right side of the road and collided with a ditch. The impact spun the vehicle 180 degrees and overturned the vehicle on just off the roadway. Three occupants from the crash did not receive injuries and fled the scene before NLCRPD Patrol and Firefighters arrived on scene. The driver Ethan J. Moyer, age 19 of Ephrata, PA was cited for careless driving. The truck was towed by Valley View Towing.

Narrative:
FRY was traveling west on Marie Ave when she failed to see the stop sign at the intersection of Marie Ave and Pearl Ave. FRY continued into the intersection and hit SITES traveling south on Pearl Ave.
FRY stated she was looking at her phone for directions. All parties refused EMS. FRY's vehicle was towed from the scene and she was cited for careless driving.

Narrative:
Patrol Officers were dispatched to 1229 Lancaster Rd. for a report of a no injury vehicle accident. Upon arrival, Officers met with the driver of Unit 1, driver stated she was traveling South on Lancaster Rd at an unknown speed and was distracted looking out of her driver's side window. The driver could not stop in time and struck the rear of Hockley’s vehicle.
Hockley stated he was traveling South on Lancaster Rd. and was approaching the red light at the Penn Towne shopping Center. Hockley said he was slowing down for the light and then he was rear ended by Unit 1. Two of Hockley's passengers reported experiencing some minor back and neck pain. They denied medical attention on the scene but stated they may seek medical attention later. Unit 1, the Chevrolet Malibu was towed by Garman’s Garage and the driver was cited for careless driving.
