On December 18, 2020 NLCRPD responded to the 1900 block of Broad Street in East Petersburg for the report of a disturbance in progress. On scene Officers discovered that one of the involved persons, a Justin LEBZELTER of Manheim, was a guest of the homeowner. LEBZELTER and the homeowner had been involved in an argument over LEBZELTER’s alleged use of illegal drugs while staying as a guest at the residence.   A subsequent search was conducted, and Police found LEBZELTER in possession of drug paraphenilia. LEBZELTER was removed from the home and charges filed for the possession of illegal drug paraphenilia.
