The NLCRPD is providing the following information concerning a roadway improvement closure affecting traffic flow in Penn Township. Stiegel Valley Road, from Mallard Drive to Meadowlark Lane, will be closed to through traffic on Monday, August 15th in the afternoon and Tuesday, August 16th, during daytime hours. The closing is for a pipe replacement.
