The NLCRPD is providing the following information provided by the Penn Township Department of Public Works. Meadow Road, from Carol Lane to Newport Road, will be closed to through traffic on Monday and Tuesday, October 31st, and November 1st, during daytime hours. The closing is for the roadway shoulder improvement project for topsoil preservation and seeding of the shoulders.
