The male identified himself as Michael (Mike) C Buller, age 52, of the 6000 block of Bayberry Avenue, Manheim, PA .The operator was able to communicate with the NLCRPD officer despite his injuries.
The motorcycle operator was operating his 2016 black Harley Davidson 103 on Lancaster Rd heading southbound going approximately 40-45 MPH.
