The NLCRPD assisted the Lancaster County Special Emergency Response Team (SERT) with the execution of a search warrant this morning in the 100 block of Sego Sago Road in Penn Township. The search warrant was for a dwelling that was to harbor wanted persons with active arrest warrants. In addition to the wanted persons present in the home, there was probable cause establishing drug related activity was underway within the residence. Information also confirmed various weapons within the dwelling.
The search warrant was executed without incident or injury, and a subject identified as TIMOTHY BOYD, age 36, of 159 Sego Sago Road, Manheim., PA was taken into custody by SERT Team members and relinquished to an NLCRPD team.
BOYD was transported to the NLCRPD for Live scan arrest booking and automated arraignment on the arrest warrant(s) previously issued by the NLCRPD for weapons, drug, and public drunkenness charges.
MDJ Edward Tobin released the defendant on unsecured bail
