On06-06-21 at 0747 hours NLCRPD was dispatched by LCWC to a location in the 200 block of North Penryn Road for a domestic dispute in progress. The 911 dispatcher reported that there was an open line with a male and female screaming in the background. The phone call disconnected and LCWC attempted call back that went to voicemail.

Upon NLCRPD patrols arrival, there were two females carrying household and personal items outside of the residence and dumping the items into the front lawn. The NLCRPD patrol observed a subject identified as Henderson and a female inside the living room arguing. The NLCRPD patrol identified Terrance Henderson, age 42, 200 block of North Penryn Road, Manheim, PA as a wanted person. The NLCRPD patrol was familiar with Henderson from a previous attempt to locate the subject as a wanted person from a criminal justice data-base photograph and later confirmed Henderson was still an active wanted person. The NLCRPD patrols immediately restrained, searched, and handcuffed and arrested Henderson on the outstanding warrant issued by the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas as a bench warrant. The subject was transported to the Lancaster County Prison and remanded until the bench warrant is brought before the court for further review.

There was no injury, use of force, and the event was captured on BWC/MVR image cand audio capture in accordance with the NLCRPD agency written directives.
