The remnants of Hurricane Ida will pass just south of Pennsylvania on Wednesday, bringing heavy rain to much of the region. Rainfall totals of 3 to 5 inches with locally higher amounts are expected across the south. Flood watches are in effect for Wednesday into Thursday, with the potential for flooding.
A Flash Flood Watch is in effect until 0800 hours on 9/2/21 for the following counties: Adams, Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Clearfield, Centre, Clinton, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lycoming, Mifflin, Montour, Northumberland, Perry, Schuylkill, Snyder, Somerset, Sullivan, Union, and York.
