At the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Board of Commission meeting held the evening of April 14, 2022, Officers were awarded for their duty and service in 2021.  This is also the 10th Anniversary of the NLCRPD regionalization serving the residents of the Townships of Clay, Penn, Warwick and the Borough of East Petersburg.  We have included a slideshow (see YouTube link) that was displayed during the ceremony.  Please see the additional posts on our webpage for more details on some of the awarded Officers.  Here is a list of the NLCRPD 2021 recognized awards:

20 Years of Service - Officer Samuel DaBella, Officer Derek Oleszczuk and Detective Matthew Hinkle 

10 Years of Service - Chief David Steffen, Corporal Adam Webber, Officer Matthew Speicher and Administrator Rebecca Borne 

5 Years of Service - Officer Alexander Arseneau and Officer Alexander Wildberger 

Good Conduct Award - the NLCRPD as a whole received this award to acknowledge three years of Good Conduct

Life Saving Award - Officer Alexandria Hahn, Officer Drew Eshleman and Officer Alexander Arseneau

Advanced Certification Award - Corporal Curtis Ochs and Officer Brandon Legerlotz (Agency Drone Pilots) 

2021 Leadership Award - Corporal Anthony Smith 

2021 Officer of the Year - Officer Nicholas Grecco
