NLCRPD Detective Theresa Stauffer was a guest speaker recently at the Women's Club of Manheim, Inc.  Detective Stauffer spoke to the guests and the Manheim Central School District "Girls of the Month" about college safety and advice on how to stay alert, aware and proactive.
