On 9/14/2015 at @ 2:40 PM the NLCRPD responded to the 200 block of W. Burkholder Drive for a 24 year old victim that was reported to have overdosed on heroin. NLCRPD Officer Franklin Abreu was the first on scene and qucikly administered naloxone to the unconcious patient. The patient responded to the nalaxone, regained conciousness and was transported to the hospital for further evaluation.
