NLCRPD patrols were dispatched to Goldfinch Lane Manheim for a missing child. NLCRPD was advised that the two-year-old child escaped the residence while the mother was in the basement. Numerous NLCRPD patrols responded to the area and located the child walking in the front yard of a residence located about three houses down from the child’s home. NLCRPD and transported the child to his residence and relinquished the child to his mother. The child was unharmed. The duration of the event was less than fifteen minutes.
