The NLCRPD announces the addition of Officer Samuel D. Frank, as an addition to our team of law enforcement professionals. Officer Frank, age 32, is a graduate of Thomas Edison State University, and a veteran of the United States Military, and a member of the Army National Guard. Prior to joining the NLCRPD team Officer Frank was a member of the Temple University Police Department and had previously been a member of the Philadelphia Sheriff’s Office. Officer Frank is currently undergoing field training and is assigned to the NLCRPD field services / patrol division.

As a PLEAC accredited agency the NLCRPD has a rigorous and comprehensive recruitment and selection process, that complies with the requirements of the Pennsylvania Law Enforcement Accreditation Commission Standards, as well as the requirements of Act 57 and other guiding statutes. This includes extensive background investigation and other MPOETC related processes. Officer Frank has met or exceeded all of these required milestones for selection as a NLCRPD agency member.
