NLCRPD filed summary charges against a 17-year-old juvenile offender for Underage Alcohol Consumption after a response to s trespassing in progress call. The responding NLCRPD patrols located the drunken male - a resident of the State of Minnesota in the back seat of an unlocked car, asleep. It was determined the child had a BAC of .111 percent and was lost since he was visiting a relative in the area and became disoriented due to his intoxicated state. The child was transported by EMS to a local hospital for evaluation and care.
