On August 18, 2021 @ 6:14 PM NLCRPD Officers responded to the 400 Block of Middle Creek Road in Clay Township for the report of a disturbance / harassment complaint in progress. On scene officers found Nancy PETERSON of Lititz involved in an argument with homeowner. The investigation revealed that there was a valid Protection of Abuse order in place against PETERSON prohibiting her from being on the property. PETERSON was also found to be a wanted person on unrelated charges.  PETERSON was taken into custody for the violation and outstanding warrant, processed, and transported to Lancaster Co. Prison.
