Reporting party advised her debit card was fraudulently used two separate occasions. Reporting party advised today, they noticed online at her banking webpage, that her debit card was used on this date at a Nordstrom in Overline Park, Kansas, for the amount of $442.00 at store number 0230. She also advised this card was used today at a Nordstrom in Tampa Florida, store number 765, for the amount of $122.40. Both access device utilizations were unauthorized transactions. The reporting party was provided an incident reporting number to facilitate the reporting process with any stakeholders in the process.
