**UPDATE**  Dog was transferred to the SPCA for care and adoption.  This little lady was found this afternoon, April 6 along Gish Road in Penn Township.  Her collar and leash were still attached but no ID was located.  Please call 717-664-1180 if you are the owner or know who is.
