On July 17, 2021 @ 2:30 AM NLCRPD conducted a traffic stop on a white Subaru vehicle for various vehicle code violations.  The driver, identified as Christian HICKS of Lititz, exhibited several signs of impairment, and was subsequently arrested for DUI.  Blood tests confirmed a positive presence of narcotics. Charges were filed for operating a vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance and the observed traffic infractions.
