On the date of June 14th, 2020, at approximately 18:19 hours NLCRPD Officers responded to the report of a vehicle accident that occurred at the intersection of Fruitville Pike and Temperance Hill Road, Penn Township.  During the crash investigation officers discovered a small amount of Marijuana and drug paraphenilia in one of the vehicles involved. The illegal contraband was found to be in the possession of passenger Zachary Michael Lorah of Ephrata.  Lorah was released on scene. Associated charges were later filed with the Magisterial District Justice.
