On December 9, 2020 NLCRPD Officers located an occupied, suspicious vehicle parked in the Target Parking Lot. NLCRPD found the occupant, identified as Dawn STOPPARD of Denver, PA, had been asleep in her vehicle and was in possession of a small amount of Marijuana.  STOPPARD was cited via summons for the offense and released at the scene.
