On December 18, 2020 NLCRPD responded to the first block of Twin Brook Road for the report of a disturbance. Officers discovered that an adult resident, Eric Stauffer, had been involved in an argument with three males later identified as a 16 YOA male, 17 YOA male, and a Rylan Beebe of Lititz. In response to the initial argument, the 16 YOA male had fired numerous rounds from an airsoft pistol, striking Eric Stauffer several times. No injuries were sustained. As a result of a follow-up investigation; the juvenile admitted his actions to police and was cited for the offense. The airsoft pistol was recovered and stored as evidence.
