On August 20, 2021 @ 9:36 PM NLCRPD responded to the 300 Block of Cardinal Road for a disturbance in progress. On scene officers found a group of people gathered on the sidewalk. Amy ONDECK of Manheim was believed to be under the influence of drugs / alcohol, was causing a disturbance at a residence, refused to leave, and failed to cooperate with police. ONDECK was subsequently arrested for disorderly conduct and transported home to Manheim.  A non-traffic citation for disorderly conduct was issued.
