On December 8, 2020 NLCRPD responded to the 2000 block for a domestic dispute in progress. On scene Police made contact with Valarie WEIRICH of Mount Joy who was screaming and causing a continued public disturbance. Despite repeated efforts by police to de-escalate WEIRICH’s tumultuous behavior; WEIRICH continued to ignore police warnings and instructions. WEIRICH was removed from the scene and issued a summons for Disorderly Conduct.
