NLCRPD patrols investigated a roll over crash on Lincoln Road and Wood Corner Road in Clay Township. There were no reported injuries and the vehicle was into a field. The driver is identified as GIDEON RAY WERNER, age 19, of the 1700 block of Harrisburg Avenue, Mount Joy, PA who lost control of his 2008 Subaru Impreza.
