This prestigious award, presented at a special ceremony in Willow Street on May 17, 2026, recognizes Cpl. Wildberger's exceptional leadership, dedication, and commitment to serving our community.
Cpl. Wildberger, who supervises the NLCRPD "C" Platoon within the agency's patrol division, has consistently demonstrated a strong passion for law enforcement and a deep commitment to his colleagues and the community. His impressive list of credentials includes graduating from the FBINA Leadership program, FBI-LEEDA trilogy series, and multiple other distinguished management and leadership programs.
What sets Cpl. Wildberger apart is his ability to apply the lessons he's learned into practice, making him an exemplary leader and mentor. He has been instrumental in guiding and coaching new officers, earning the respect and admiration of his subordinates, peers, and agency staff.
Cpl. Wildberger's leadership was instrumental in the success of the NLCRPD's "Regional Community Action Team" (RCAT), which focuses on education and building trust with our communities and student bodies. His efforts have increased our involvement with local schools, improved communication with community stakeholders, and supported our ELITE values.
Furthermore, Cpl. Wildberger has been a driving force behind the agency's health and wellness initiatives, becoming certified as part of the FOP-sponsored peer support program with Lancaster and Lebanon Counties. He has been a personal resource for officers in need of council or encouragement, making a positive impact on the lives of his colleagues.
