Mr. Boughter was arrested at his place of work for Criminal Trespass and Criminal Mischief warrant and during a search of his person he was found to be in possession of 2 bag that contained a small amount suspected marijuana.  Mr. Boughter was incarcerated on the Felony warrant and probation detainer.  Additional charges were filed related to the possession.
