A Warwick Township man remains in NLCRPD custody after he surrendered to the NLCRPD on a bail revocation order issued by the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas. THOMAS WAINMAN, age 51, of Knightsbridge Drive in Warwick Township remains in custody and is being booked on new criminal charges at the NLCRPD booking center. WAINMAN surrendered to NLCRPD officers at the NLCRPD Departmental Headquarters at 15:30 hours on December 15, 2020.WAINMAN faces new charges filed by the NLCRPD and upon completion of arrest booking will be transported to the Lancaster County Prison until a new bail hearing date is established.
