PENN TOWNSHIP: Stiegel Valley Road, from Mallard Drive to Meadowlark Lane, will be closed to through traffic on Monday, August 15^th in the afternoon and Tuesday, August 16^th, during daytime hours. The closing is for a pipe replacement. Emergency vehicles and mail carriers will be able to get through this section of roadway on Monday, but will not be able to get through this section on Tuesday.
