NLCRPD patrols responded to a request for police services in Penn Township this evening that involved a subject who was reportedly exhibiting behaviors characteristic with emotionally disturbed persons behaviors. The subject was reported to be threatening to harm himself and was armed with numerous firearms and reportedly desired to induce a “suicide by cop” outcome.
