With cold weather being predicted for the next few days the NLCRPD is providing the requirements related to the Pennsylvania Dog Laws and Animal Cruelty Statues governing the outside tethering of dogs. The NLCRPD reminds pet owners of the requirements established by statute for the tethering of unattended dogs during periods of extreme weather.
