Road Closed: Elm Road, from Fairview Road to Brooklawn Road and Brooklawn Road to Newport Road, will be closed to through traffic on Wednesday, August 3^rd, during daytime hours. The closing is for crack sealing of the roadway. Emergency vehicles and mail carriers can get through at all times.
