THe roadway is blocked due to a tractor yrailer conbination that is unable to traverse an uphill grade. NLCRPD patrols are on scene. Traffic control efforts are  underway - Wrecker is dispatched. Closure is expected to continue for another 20 minutes. Please avoid the area to avoid delays.
